Rector, Kogi State Polytechnic, Professor Salisu Ogbo Usman, has described the Deputy Governor of the state, Comrade Joel Salifu Oyibo, as a humble and dedicated public servant.
In a goodwill message on Wednesday, Prof. Usman felicitated with the Deputy Governor on the occasion of his birthday.
The Rector noted Comrade Salifu Oyibo’s life and service have continued to instill admiration, and his humility and unwavering dedication to duties are exemplary testament of a worthy leadership.
“Your calm yet resolute leadership style and your loyalty to His Excellency, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, have remained instrumental in deepening the gains of the administration’s Continuity and Consolidation Agenda.
“As you celebrate today, we recognise and applaud your steadfast contributions to the peace, progress, and development of Kogi State.
“We are proud to identify with your legacy of commitment, diligence, loyalty and principled leadership,” Prof. Usman said.
He prayed that Almighty God will continue to bless the Deputy Governor with sound health, wisdom and strength, as he continues to support Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo to steer the affairs of Kogi state to greater heights.
