The trajectory since the emergence of Governor Ododo has been progressiveness, inclusivity, sustainable development and shared prosperity and safety of life and property of Kogi state and her good people.
Kabba-Bunu Local Government Council in this regard, is nothing short of a replica of Governor Ododo giant strides of progressiveness and sustainable development under the leadership of our very proactive and result oriented Executive Chairman of the Local Government, Hon. (Barr) Zacchaeus Dare Micheal.
Barr. Zacchaeus as Executive Chairman of Kabba-Bunu LGA under the Leadership of the Servant leader of the state, Governor Ododo has distinguished himself as a true and worthy Ambassador of Governor Ododo following in his progressive paths and delivering the gains of good governance to the good people of Kabba-Bunu LGA.
Consolidating the Governor Safer Kogi and Zero tolerance for crime policy, Kabba-Bunu LGA Chairman has proactively initiated the construction of the nearly completed security base (An administrative and operational facility for security operatives with comfortable boarding capacity), strategically situated along Kabba-Okene express road. The security architecture and operation of Kabba-Bunu has since been enhanced with the local government consistent support and mobilization of security operatives resulting to the drastic reduction in crime rate in the territory and recent capturing of Kidnapers, armed bandits and several members of criminal syndicates terrorizing kogi west district.
Political harmonization, inclusivity and building a united front for political prosperity of the APC in the region is another significant achievement of Brr. Zacchaeus in recent times that has face-lifted and strengthened the political sphere of Kabba-Bunu LGA and has birthed the consensus adoption and endorsement of Governor Ododo as sole candidate for the party’s gubernatorial ticket come 2027 by stockholders in Kabba-Bunu LGA.
This attempt ensures not only to consolidate Governor Ododo’s commitment to inclusivity and unifying Kogi state politically, this is a significant move that has set the stage and has recorded success as more individuals, communities, organization and critical political actors across boards are following suit and endorsing and supporting Governor Ododo’s continuity in building a greater Kogi.
Under Barr. Zacchaeus as Executive Chairman of the Local Government, Kabba-Bunu LGA has received a major commitment from Governor Ododo in terms of infrastructural capital investment in the education, health, ecological projects and public utility sectors amounting to over 60 Billion Naira.
Barr. Zacchaeus stands out and stands tall from the many disciples of Governor Ododo; he is a worthy ambassador of the state Governor, replicating his success stories with progressive and unifying initiatives and enriching the grassroots with impacts.
