Factional National Chairman of African Democratic Congress (ADC), Nafiu Bala and the party’s national leader, Hon. Leke Abejide have vowed to take charge of the party and flush out infiltrators.

This was disclosed after the duo held a closed-door meeting in Abuja on Saturday.

They affirmed their positions as the authentic leaders of the ADC.

According to a statement issued by Bashiru Abdul Mohammed, Special Adviser on Public Communications to the National Leader, the meeting addressed the party’s crises and the need to strengthen its structure.

Abejide warned that no faction can oust them, and they will take necessary actions to reclaim the party. He advised party faithfuls to maintain decorum and ignore unauthorized claimants.

Commenting on the meeting, Bashiru said the development is coming amid ongoing litigations challenging the ADC coalition’s infiltration into the party.
