Few months back, considering the rather unfortunate plight of residents, agrarian farmers and motorists plying the route connecting Aiyegunle- Gbedde – Olle Bunu road, Arc. Salman Idris, (APC Kabba-Bunu/ Ijumu Federal Constituency) swung into action and secure the services of SPAAC Engineering Company, owned by Engr. Olu Tolufashe to undertake the road project.
In spite of the incessant security challenges being experienced in the area, work actually commenced in earnest, and today, the job is on the verge of completion 100 percent.
Appreciatively, the Olle – Bunu indigenes came out in their large numbers to eulogise the unprecedented developmental strides of Arc. Idris and ensuring that their long dreams and aspirations have come to fruition since assumption of office.
In glaring display of immense gratitude and appreciation, they were unequivocal promising to cast their votes for Salman if he so desire to re- contest in 2027.
Elder Williams Rotimi Oniemayin, a non- partisan Community leader who spoke on behalf of the community spoke glowingly of the ” talk & do ” demeanour of their House of Representatives member and gave a resounding re – assurance of his peoples’ readiness to journey this long walk with Arc. Salman Idris in 2027 general election.
