Leadership mean different thing to different people because of some reasons either personal or otherwise. To me, a leader is a person who lead others to achieve greatness in their various endeavours in life.
As a matter of fact, a person has to be trustworthy and possess a good character, in order to be a good leader and to be addressed as such.
