The candidate of All Progressives Congress (APC) in the November election in Kogi state, Alhaji Ododo Ahmed Usman on Saturday inaugurated the West Working Coordinators of Babayemi Vanguard support group in Kabba.
Represented by the Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Hon. Wemi Jones, the governorship candidate expressed his profound gratitude to the convener and Director General of Babayemi Vanguard, Chief Babayemi Olorunfemi for his support and commitment towards the forthcoming governorship election in Kogi State.
Ododo appreciated the Kogi born philanthropist for identifying with the All Progressive Congress, and for believing in his manifestos which encompasses roadmap for a prosperous state.
He assured the Coordinators and the entire team members of Babayemi Vanguard of his continual support for the group as they go about discharging their duties by ensuring victory for the party, on November 11, 2023.
The group which is committed to carrying out grassroots sensitization across the seven Local Government Areas in Kogi West Senatorial District, has saddled the newly inaugurated Coordinators with the responsibility of coordinating the activities of the group at every nooks and crannies within the senatorial district.
In a remark by the Director General, Chief Babayemi Olorunfemi as delivered by the Coordinator of the group, Kelvin Oluseyi Eleta, he eulogized the newly inaugurated Coordinators, party faithfuls, political stakeholders of Kogi West Senatorial District.
He called on the entire citizens of the state to rally support for Alhaji Ododo Ahmed Usman. He pointed out punchlines that stands as cardinal points for the achievements of Governor Yahaya Bello, and reiterated his high level of assurance that with Alhaji Ododo Ahmed Usman as Executive Governor of Kogi State, Kogites shall smile again.
Also present at the inauguration in Kabba-Bunu Local Government Area Legislative Chamber today were top party executives of the All Progressive Congress in Kogi State. The state’s APC Deputy Chairman, the state’s APC Treasurer, APC State Youth Leader, the Executive Chairman Kabba-Bunu Local Government Area, APC Zonal Chairman (West). Special Adviser and Senior Special Assistant to Kogi State Governor of Kogi, Hon Bode Adeyemi and Hon. Ibikunle Amodu Abubakar. APC Party Executives of Ayegunle Gbede/Iluhafon Ward, and representatives of APC Local Government Party Chairmen.
