The Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Hon. Durosinmi Meseko, has released a glowing tribute to Hajia Sefinat Usman Ododo, the wife of the Executive Governor of Kogi State, as she celebrates her birthday today.
