The death of Alhaji Atiq Ibn Sadiq has been described as sad, painful and a huge loss to Isanlu Muslim Community.
Alh. Atiq Sadiq departed this sinful world to the great beyond on 18th Nov. 2014 at the age of 4 years.
Clerics at the burial enjoins Muslim devotees to be faithful even as they all agreed that Alh Sadiq knew his God while he was here in this sinful world as nobody knows who is the next. The burial was well attended by Muslim ulamas all over okunland. Until his death, he was the Principal of Midas Arabic College, Aiyegule Gbede, Ijumu LGA.

According to Mallam Nfiu Sule, The contributions of Alh Sadiq towards the Deen of Allah were so many. “He stabilised YMA in an attempt to make the young ones righteous and holy.
“His effort at Oluyori Community Secondary School, Isanlu, towards religion and academics of the students can not be over emphasized. NACOMYO Okun Land became more organised and effective under his leadership. He was a great man, a religionist and educationis”, he said.
“He was a mentor to so many of us, a man of great mission and vision. He was the Speaker of the truth. He would be remembered by JNI, YMA, MSSN, NACOMYO, NASFAT, COUNCIL OF ULAMAU & IPU.
