Kogi Liberation Movement (KLM) is saddened by the news of Ajaokuta Steel budget cut by the National Assembly. This is coming at a time when hopes are high about the dying company coming back to life.
We see everyone who is involved in this murderous act as enemy of Kogi state and Nigeria in its entirety. Our people have suffered enough, we believe that if Ajaokuta comes back, it will answer a lot of unemployment problem in the state and our country, this will contribute a lot to our GDP also.
Our worries are mostly our own elected Senators and House Members, we expected to see them roar on this issue, most of their energy have been committed to issues of personal gains leaving a big issue like this to sleep away.
Recently, we have seen how Dino Melaye threw himself into different kinds of issues proclaiming his readiness to die, this is a better cause to die for. We also have Emmanuel Egwu, who once called President Buhari an enemy of Ajaokuta steel seated while this debate went on against us, and all others like the embattled Senator Aidoko. To all of you, its a shame, shame on you, shame on you, shame on you. You have betrayed us.
Recently, I travelled home and the road from the steel company to the bridge is dead. Non of you sees such as worthy to die for.
KLM wish to call on Mr president to ensure that all inserted projects are not implemented. We pass a vote of confidence on president Buhari and wish to plead with him to remember this worthy project in the supplementary Budget.
We also want to use this medium to call on Governor Yahaya Bello to move straight to Mr President and lobby for this and ensure that the president remember us in the supplementary budget.
We assure our elected undistinguished Sinators and dishonourable members of the house of reps, that we will not forget this soon; especially as the 2019 elections draw close.
We now know our Real Enemies.
