Foremost chairmanship aspirant for Ajaokuta local government council top seat, Hon. Abdulrahman Dansabe has promised to focus on good governance, infrastructural development, unity, peace, employment and qualitative education if voted in as council chairman.
Speaking to this reporter recently in Lokoja, Hon. Abdulraman said his aim is to make Ajaokuta local government area a worthy place for all its citizens; a local government that will be a shining light throughout the nation if voted in as the council chairman. He is aspiring under the platform of All Progressives Congress (APC).
According to him, his plan is to establish a society in which all sons and daughters of the area will have no anxiety about work, food; where disease is brought under control, where educational facilities would be provided for the schools with the best possible opportunities for learning.
He stated that Governor Yahaya Bello’s talent search programme would be replicated in the local government area, where every will person utilise his talents to the fullest and contribute to the general well being of the council.
He noted that his government will consult all citizens of the area and come up with the best policy and programme that will bring true satisfaction to the people, stressing further that, to achieve this, it is the responsibility of all from the area and promised to improve the living standard of the people of Ajaokuta local government irrespective of tribe, religion or political affiliation.

He advised the party faithful in particular, as well as all residents in the council area to participate actively in the on going voter registration currently going,which he said is the only alternative solution that’ll afford them to participate in all the electoral process by having a say in the election of their leader.
