The member representing Ankpa 1 constituency, Hon. Ahmed Mohammed has congratulated Muslim Ummah on this year’s Eid-El-Kabir.
In a statement made available to Kogireports, Hon. Ahmed urged Muslims to love their neighbours and renew their faith in Almighty Allah.
In his words; “On behalf of the good people of Ankpa 1 constituency, I congratulate the Muslim Ummah on this year’s Eid-El-Kabir, which has pleased Almighty Allah for us to be part of.
“As we celebrate this auspicious occasion, let us renew our faith and implore the Almighty Allah to restore to us those values that place high premium on human life, demonstrate love to our neighbours, promote peaceful coexistence in our various communities and pray fervently for Nigeria.
“I also urged muslims to use the Eid-el-Kabir to imbibe the spirit of sacrifice, good neighbourliness and selfless service premised on the virtues of Islam. Islam preaches the message of peace and tolerance, every individual should embrace brotherly love and harmonious co-existence and i pray for continued peace and tranquility in the state and the nation”.
