Kabiesi, I thought your case will be like Hezekiah whose life was prolonged as a result of his supplications. But God knows best.
I am particularly grieved about your departure. Your personality is great. Your attributes are unique.
I will miss Baba in many ways. I have many encounters with Kabiesi in various capacities. You did well.

Baba accommodated and defended all strangers. He loved us very well. He did not discriminate. Baba loved teachers. When I was NUT secretary and chairman, Baba devouted his time for the welfare and wellbeing of teachers. He was a true educationist.
Baba loved God. All christian activities were all attended both day and night by Baba. Isanlu recorded the best achievements so far during the reign of HRM Ikuborije. Baba was a tolerant King. This virture is rare.
Kabiesi was friend to low and mighty. He knows you by name and had phone numbers of virtually every Isanlu residents. Baba loved the progress of all indigenes and non indigenes.
I wish to express my condolence to all the good people of Isanlu, both natives and non-natives, on the departure of a great Man of God and Kabiesi of Isanlu land in particular and Kogi state in general.
It is my prayer that God will fill the vacuum created by his exit.
