Hon. Suberu Yusuf John, aspirant for the House of Representatives, Adavi/Okehi Federal Constituency, Kogi state, has unveiled a four-pillar manifesto anchored on youth empowerment, education, healthcare and legislative reforms ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Unveiling his manifesto in Abuja on Saturday, Suberu who is aspiring under the platform of All Progressives Congress (APC), pledged to tackle unemployment, expand access to education, strengthen healthcare delivery and drive inclusive growth across the constituency.
Suberu’s blueprint prioritises youth empowerment and employment, alongside education, human capital and women development, with plans for an education endowment programme and community-based empowerment schemes.

It also targets improved healthcare and social welfare, with a commitment to policies that guarantee dignified living standards and support legislation for sustainable development if elected.
Suberu, who is the Senior Special Assistant (SSA) to Gov. Ahmed Ododo on Road Safety Matters, was also the Senior Special Assistant to the Secretary of the Public Complaints Commission on Special Duties.
The Adavi born politician and Philanthropist said he framed his ambition as a continuation of public service at a higher level.
“It is with an honour and a privilege for me to warmly welcome you to this historical occasion, the official unveiling of my manifesto.
“As you all are aware, I am aspiring to represent the people of Adavi-Okehi federal constituency in the House of Representatives at the National Assembly.
“The decision is driven by deep commitment to service progress and the desire to bring meaningful development close to my people.
“Today marks a defining moment in our collective journey towards securing the mandate of the people, fostering purposeful representation, ensuring accountability, leadership, and delivering a sustainable development across the constituency.
“This gathering is more than just an event, it is a reflection of our shared responsibility, our shared commitment, our common hope, and our unwavering commitment to building a better, stronger, and more prosperous Adavi and Okehi,” he said.
He said his agenda was built on engagement with constituents and a clear understanding of local needs, adding that leadership must translate into tangible benefits for the people.
The event drew stakeholders, associates, and supporters, including officials of the Public Complaints Commission, who described the manifesto as a structured roadmap for development.
A Deputy Director at the Commission, Ogala Kings, noted that the document reflected both experience and grassroots engagement, urging collective support for its realisation.
He added that effective representation would require collaboration, citizen participation, and sustained accountability, stressing that the constituency stands to benefit from a focused development agenda
