From his youthful age, one thing that strikes you is that Hon. Asuku has proved that hard work, perseverance, tenacity of purpose, diligence, and the love for humanity are the vital traits that can propel a man from a humble background, to rise above poverty line and be counted as a successful man who has paid his dues and kept faith with God.
Today, this successful young business man is arguably one of the greatest achievers that Ebira Nation has given to the world in the world of commerce and enterprise. The 35 year old and energetic promising politician is a frontline aspirant vying to represent Adavi constituency at the Kogi State House of Assembly in the next democratic dispensation.
As it were, political pundits and the generality of the people from his constituency have testified that he is the best man for the job amongthe pack of aspirants vying for the seat come 2019. Indeed, Hon. Asuku’s record of love for humanity and the under-privileged people in his immediate constituency and beyond, speaks volume about the amazing character and personality of this new breed politician, who is already carving a niche for himself as one outstanding politician to look out for in the politics of Ebira land in particular and Kogi State in general, in the nearest future.
His rich profile and silent philanthropic activities over the years are the two key elements that put him ahead of his opponents in the forthcoming general election.
Hon. Asuku, who has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the prestigious University of Ilorin, Kwara State, has ingeniously built for himself a cult-like followership and loyal supporters in Adavi local government area where he is the most talked about aspirant imbued with antecedents and pedigree to deliver qualitative and responsive representation to his constituents, if he gets the mandate of the good people of Adavi community.
As his senior brother, I can make bold to declare that the late parents of Hon. Asuku had properly groomed him for leadership, as he was given proper and upright upbringing, to be able to make an impact in any given socio economic environment. Little wonder therefore, that I have also played my role in developing and mentoring Hon. Asuku and our other siblings to get a proper head start in life, both in business and academic endeavours.
Against this background therefore, I want to appeal to the good people of Adavi community to invest their trusts and confidence in Hon. Asuku because it is evidently clear from his present, psychological, and mental disposition, that he is fully prepared to make his mark by distinguishing himself in the hallowed chamber of the State House of Assembly in the next dispensation.
Already, I can authoritatively confirm that Hon. Asuku has drawn up a blueprint of his intended legislative duties and how to deliver tangible and positive dividends of democracy that will have direct impact on his constituents, as he look forward to a successful outing both in the primary and general election come 2019.
It is safe to say, from his level of preparations and wide consultations so far, that he is the only aspirant who understands that leadership is a sacred trust held on behalf of the people.
If he gets the mandate, the good people of Adavi community can now say with all conviction that Hon. Asuku is on the threshold of history to change the narrative of politics in the area because he has what it takes to deliver creditably in the legislative task ahead.
