Two students of Kogi State University Kabba (KSUK) as well as three aides of Kabba-Bunu local government Caretaker Chairman, Barr Zacchaeus Dare Michael abducted at various times have regained their freedom.

It would be recalled that Dare, his aides and other people, were kidnapped about two weeks ago along Kabba – Okene Road.

The former Chairman, who now doubles as the APC Candidate for the Local Government in the forthcoming Local Government election, however, escaped a few hours after he was abducted in a miraculous manner.

The three aides were released alongside four others. They were released and found along Oyo mining site at Obajana, with the call on the security agencies to comb the forest along the area as it has been discovered to be a den of the kidnappers.

Those released include Omonisaiye Ayo Bank Andrew, Mr Olorundare Ojo Joe, a councillorship candidate for Egbeda Ward in Kabba/Bunu LGA and Sunday Ajayi the APC Youth leader in Egbeda Ward.

They were all kidnapped alongside the Caretaker Chairman.

Dare expressed appreciation to God, Governor Usman Ododo, and the security agencies for the release, pointing out that what the enemy had thought would be used to end his life has become a testimony.
