With a heart full of joy, pride, and deep personal gratitude, I, Musa Wada, Special Assistant on Media to the Minister of Special Duties and Intergovernmental Affairs, warmly congratulate Hajia Zainab Ibrahim Abubakar on her well-deserved re-election as the Deputy National Woman Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for a second term in office.
Today’s moment is more than a political milestone—it is deeply personal. Hajia Zainab Ibrahim Abubakar is not just a leader to many of us; she is a pillar of strength, a mentor, and a woman whose generosity and compassion have changed lives, including mine. Her re-election is a victory for all who have been inspired, uplifted, and supported by her remarkable kindness.
I have had the privilege of witnessing her rare qualities up close—her humility, her sincerity, and her unwavering commitment to the well-being of others. She leads with a genuine heart, always putting people first, and extending a helping hand without hesitation. In a time when true selflessness is rare, she stands out as a shining example of what leadership should be.

Her eloquence is both powerful and reassuring. She speaks not just with words, but with conviction and purpose. Her voice has consistently brought clarity, unity, and direction, especially in advancing the role of women within the party. She has inspired confidence in countless women, encouraging them to rise, participate, and take their rightful place in leadership.
During her first tenure, she demonstrated outstanding dedication and resilience. She worked tirelessly to strengthen the structure of women’s participation within the party, promote inclusiveness, and build bridges across different groups. She did not merely serve in office—she made a meaningful and lasting impact.
Her re-election is a clear and deserved acknowledgment of her sacrifices, hard work, and the trust she has built over time. It reflects the confidence that party members have in her ability to continue delivering with excellence and integrity.
As someone who has personally benefited from her generosity and guidance, I remain profoundly grateful. Her belief in people and her willingness to uplift others have left a lasting mark on my life and the lives of many others.
As she embarks on this second term, I am confident that she will continue to inspire, empower, and lead with even greater passion and commitment. I pray that she is granted the strength, wisdom, and good health to continue her outstanding service.
I call on party faithful, especially women and the youth, to continue to support her as she carries forward this important responsibility. Together, we can build on her achievements and work towards even greater success.
Congratulations once again, Hajia Zainab Ibrahim Abubakar. Your victory is a shared joy, your leadership is a blessing, and your journey remains an inspiration to us all.
