Rector, Kogi State Polytechnic, Professor Salisu Ogbo Usman, has described the State Accountant General, Dr. Habibat Tijani Onumoko, as a detribalised and merit-driven leader.
In a goodwill message on Tuesday, Prof Usman congratulated the Kogi State Accountant General on her birthday anniversary.
He applauded Dr. Onumoko for her remarkable service, deep commitment to good governance and outstanding contributions to the development of Kogi state.
