Crop or livestock, types, and quality of produce, price as agreed upon per units or total payment, delivery, quality standard or specification for quality, grading and inspection and also payment terms, it will also involve the schedule and method of payment.

Farming contract can provide benefits to farmers such as, market stability that guaranteed market for their products, also price stability through predictable income and access to finance both potential access to financing or inputs.

However, contract can pose risks if not careful negotiated or understand ,the terms and conditions before signing a contract.
