A group, Hon. Omodara Network for Better Kogi State, says it has concluded plans to purchase the 2027 nomination form for Governor Usman Ahmed Ododo’s second term bid.
Addressing a press conference in Lokoja, the Coordinator of Omodara’s Network for Better Kogi State, Hon. Oniwaye Olusegun John Ogede1, disclosed to Journalists that with the early steps taking thus far by Gov. Ododo, 2027 governorship election in the state will be walk over for him.
The Coordinator said the Network has put in place strategies for the purchase of the nomination and intent forms for the reelection of Gov. Ahmed Usman Ododo due to his outstanding performance, adding that the reelection of the Governor will be won overwhelmingly following his achievements.
The Network listed Inclusive governance, the expenditure of over N10 billion infrastructure development at the Kogi State University Kabba as unprecedented.
Similarly, the Network mentioned that the over N300 million bursary disbursement to Kogi State students, construction and rehabilitation of roads across the state marks the present administration high.
They praised the administration for the massive deployment of security agencies to curb criminality and insecurity across Kogi State, construction and upgrade of health centers across Kogi State among many others in the health sector as commendable.
They praised the administration for the implementation of the new minimum wage as well as prompt payment of workers salary, a feat that has turned Gov Ododo to a household name in the state.
