Gov Ododo Will Unveil More Novel Initiatives for Kogi – Isah

Special Adviser on Media to Governor Usman Ododo of Kogi State, Mallam Ismaila Isah, has assured the people of the state of more dividends of democracy in years ahead.

Mallam Isah gave the assurance while featuring on this week’s edition of ‘State of Kogi’, a Radio Kogi audience participatory programme.

He said the Governor, as the Chief Servant, is humble and has the ability to connect with the people, adding that he will yet unveil more novel initiatives for Kogites.

He assured that the present Ododo-led administration is committed to delivering good governance to the people.

According to him, in a bid to ensure food security, the Governor has invested billions of naira in the agriculture which is currently yielding positive results.

The Special Adviser noted that the health sector is also receiving due attention with renovations and construction of Primary Health Care Centres.

In the education sector, Mallam Ismaila maintained that the Governor has made impacts in the tertiary schools with free education at the primary and secondary school levels.

He added that infrastructure has received a boost as projects initiated by the immediate past administration have been completed by the present government.

A caller, Wahab from Ajaokuta, advised the government to look into the possibility of establishing a state television which according to him is long overdue.
