An APC stalwart and Community Leader, Hon. Emmanuel Ayo Aledare (Arewa) has commended Governor Ododo Ahmed Usman in his unrelenting efforts to transform Kogi State in general into a mega state of economic prosperity and sustainable development.
After the elapse of Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello, many Kogites harbour the sentiment that Kogi State governance might be handed over to a political neophyte.
After few months in the saddle of governance, Gov. Ododo has proved pessimists wrong.
That Kogi State in all the Senatorial district is enjoying renewed massive turnaround is stating the obvious.
In the words of Hon. Emmanuel Ayo, ” Gov. Ododo has really done so well within the very short time he assumes office. To mention a few but not limited to road reconstruction of Zone 8 junction to Kogi State House of Assembly and Zango – Otokiti Lokoja road, massive funding of Kogi State University, Kabba and Confluence University of Science and Technology, Osara, massive and quality drainage system across the length and breadth of Kogi State, prompt payment of salaries of workers and Pensioners, gender equality in appointments, implementation of a workable blueprint, etc, he is indeed a worthy successor to GYB. “
He continues, “our dear Excellency, our prayers are with you in the journey to make Kogi State a beauty and pride of our dreams. You have started so well and we are optimistic that you will keep the flag flying at a lofty summit for the benefit of Kogi citizens.”
