Babatunde Samson Makanjuola, an illustrious son of Ekinrin-Adde, based in the United Kingdom, will on June 24,2023 be inducted into the famous community Hall of Fame, Omo Atata.
Omo Atata Hall of fame, is a special recognition, reserved for sons and daughters of the community, who have carved a niche for themselves by making the community proud in their respective field of human endeavour.
Babatunde was born into the family of Late Chief S.K Makanjuola who was until his passing, the Elekula and Balogun of Ekinrin-Adde. His mother is Olori V.T Makanjuola of blessed memory.
Babatunde had his early education at St Barnabas Primary School and St Anthony’s secondary school, both in Ilorin, Kwara State.
Babs as he is fondly called by his friends attended Kaduna State Polytechnic Zaria where he did his OND in Business Administration and it is worthy of note that he assisted a lot of Ekinrin-Adde indigenes to gain admission into this school. He also proceeded to Kwara State Polytechnic Ilorin where he completed his HND in Accounting and Finance.
Babs finished in both schools with Distinctions showing his academic prowess. He later completed his youth service in Ekiti state and worked briefly with Tractor and Equipment Lagos before leaving the shores of Nigeria to the United Kingdom for greener pastures in 1999.
His relocation to the United Kingdom paved way for many Ekinrin Adde youths as he advised, sponsored and even mentored many Ekinrin Adde youths to find their feet in the United Kingdom.
Whilst in the UK, Babs completed a Degree in Oil and Gas Management at the University of Plymouth UK and another degree in Data Analytics from the prestigious University of Cambridge.
He went on to complete a Master’s degree in Enterprise Risk Management and another one in International Project Management at the Anglia Ruskin University, London. Babs finished all these degrees with a first class.
Babatunde has so many professional certifications such as:
Certified Project Management Practitioner (PMP),
Certified Business Analysis Practitioner (CBAP),
Certified Change Management Practitioner (CCMP),
Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and
Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Belt (IASSC) to mention but few.
Babatunde has achieved great professional strides, such as leading the high-profile Tariff & Quotas BREXIT programme of the HMRC in UK. He also led the complete digital transformation, design and implementation of the Target Operating Models (TOM) for the Department of Works and Pension UK.
Babs is the Chairman, CEO of Fortune247 Consulting UK, Chairman, Babican Business Solutions Nigeria, Chairman, Corporate Business Concept London, a platform he has used to train thousands of Africans globally.
Babs has been transforming lives and destinies with his God given gifts and expertise. He ensured the black communities in diaspora do better jobs than being cleaners, security or fraudsters by guiding and mentoring thousands to become Business analysts, project managers, and IT professionals.
Some are born great, some achieve greatness, and others have greatness thrust upon them. Babs was indeed born great and also went ahead to achieve more greatness. He has shown everyone around him what true greatness means. Babs began to impact knowledge into people from a very young age giving hope, assurance and empowering people with his God given talent.
Babs is without a doubt a pacesetter, a great personality; very intelligent, discerning, attentive, and full of knowledge. He shows so much compassion and display a lot of humility, so much that everyone around him seeks to emulate him.
His act of giving will remain a monument in the hearts of everyone that comes across him.
Notable amongst his philanthropic gestures is the declaration of free Project Management training for all sons and daughters of Ekinrin Adde in the United Kingdom using his reputable corporate platform CBC UK. The training is known to cost millions of naira but has been delivered free for any interested Ekinrin-Adde sons and daughters living in London and this has helped them to secure reputable jobs with mouth-watering pay and welfare packages.
Babs has served the community in various capacities as he was once the Master Ekinrin-Adde in 1994, Ekinrin Adde ambassador and Deejay at Miss Ijumu pageant 1997 and currently, the Chairman EACDA UK Branch.
Babs rallied Ekinrin Adde youths’ home and abroad to help raise funds for the multi million Naira Ekinrin Adde Patriots community hall repair and renovation project.
Babs is the first and sole sponsor of the Akogba Mountain Hike 2023 using his company CBC UK.
Lastly, Babs is also the Chairman CEO of Maks Farm and Agro processing Factory Ekinrin Adde. This is a multi-million Naira project aimed at empowering Ekinrin Adde youths, providing jobs and business opportunities at scale for the Ekinrin Adde people. This project is first of its kind in Ijumu Local Government and the pride of the community.
Babs is happily married to his beautiful wife, Abiola with two lovely daughters Feyishayo and Oyindamola Makanjuola.
