The Senator representing Kogi Central senatorial district and leading governorship aspirant in the state, Senator Yakubu Oseni has celebrated the President-elect, Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu on the occasion of his 71st birthday.
This was contained in a goodwill message signed and made available to the public by the lawmaker today in Abuja.
Senator Oseni also charged the incoming President on the need to evolve economic policies that would be of great benefits to the Nigerian masses.
While eulogizing the uncommon leadership acumen of the President-elect, Senator Oseni expressed optimism that Nigeria would be ushered into a new phase of development with the sound track record and human capacity building which he has been known for for decades.
“Your Excellency, being elected to lead this great nation at this material time is a pointer to the fact that Nigeria is on the threshold of being ushered into new phase of development and recognition among comity of nations owing to your track records of marked excellent success in all areas of your life.
“For decades, you have been a selfless builder of progressive leaders and as you take the mantle of leadership of our great nation come 29th May, 2023, I believe that this unique and sterling attributes of yours would manifest in speedy economic recovery, security of lives and territorial integrity and robust foreign policy”, he said.
He prayed God to bestow him divine health and vitality to lead the nation on the path of sustainable development.
