The Senior Special Assistant to Kogi State Governor on Security Matters for Yagba West local government, Hon. Joseph Tade Oshaloto has advised residents to follow the advise of the government on Covid-19 pandemic.
In a statement he personally signed and made available to newsmen on Sunday, Oshaloto counseled his people to follow the basic protective measures against the corona virus.
“This is a challenging time for us all. Many of us are faced with uncertainty about the continuity of our daily lives and the health of our loved ones as a result of COVID-19.
“I would advise you to regularly and thoroughly clean your hands with an alcohol-based hand rub or wash them with soap and water. Also, maintain at least 1 metre (3 feet) distance between yourself and anyone who is coughing or sneezing and if you have fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical care.
“Stay safe, calm, and healthy,” he said.
