Ogugu Town Hall Will be Completed Soon, Kogi Deputy Gov Assures OUF

Deputy Governor of Kogi State, Chief Edward Onoja has assured that Ogugu town hall project will be completed before end of the year.

Onoja gave the assurance when executives and stakeholders of Ogugu United Forum (OUF) paid him a courtesy visit in Lokoja on Thursday.

The Deputy Governor promised to ensure speedy actualization of the conversion of Ogugu Community Secondary School (OCSS) to Federal Technical College.

He appealed to those encroaching into the community lands to desist and vacate so as not to sabotage government’s progressive plans for the community.

The National President of the Forum, Comrade John Dickson Ojonugwa, who led the delegation, said the visit was to congratulate Onoja on the victory at the guber polls and the successful inauguration.

He expressed appreciation to Onoja for his “all-inclusive, humane, impactful, Godly, proactive, beneficial, compassionate, developmental and generous leadership” in the state, especially to the people of Ogugu extraction.
