The Administrator of Kogi (Kotonkarfe) Local Government Area of Kogi state, Barr. Musa Tanko Osuku has donated a brand new motorcycle to a blind man who who emerged winner at the Quranic recitation in Ozi, Kotonkarfe South.
The donation was in fulfillment of the council boss’ pledge at the commencement of the Quranic recitation contest.
Barr. Tanko Musa, while presenting the gift the winner, Ustaz Ibrahim Tijani from Ozi community, disclosed that he was present at the event and witnessed how the blind man performed credibly, even beyond expectations of many.
