Kogi: Can We Still Get It Wrong?

In my personal opinion, with the revelations today from former Governor Idris Wada, I think Governor Yahaya Bello (GYB) has no business with reelection as it were.

Suffice to say, if you have done well as a Governor, there would have been no need for the globetrotting seeking for the party ticket at all cost. I think this Governor should suspend the hunt for a return ticket and defend all the points raised by his predecessor former Governor Wada.

With all these back and forth, I ask a simple-polite but factual question here, can we still get it wrong as a people? I will be making a public statement in the coming days after thorough consultations with all of our base(s) of the characteristics of a choice candidate for the Lugard House that will be beneficial to every Kogite in the coming days.

You can’t rob the people inside-out and expect them to continue to applaud you. Apparently, there is a time to take a bow. Probably when such opportunity as this present itself.

Someone sits somewhere and accord themselves titles of god figure and expect not to get the Nebuchadnezzar’s apostasy. For knowledge and comparison, he is remembered as the destroyer Solomon’s temple and the initiator of the Babylonian captivity.

Nebuchadnezzar is that king who took Daniel and other Hebrew youths into captivity in Babylon, to be trained in the learning and the tongue of the Chaldeans. In the Kogi context, it is not different from the case of our youths being taken into captivity with manipulative intuition under the guise of empowerment yet, there is nothing to fall back to. I read painfully where a post was made to deceive the entire public how our youths are being empowered. How does buying of motorcycles, and gifting of peanuts translates into empowering our youths??

Arise oh Kogites, the power to rescue Kogi from the shackles of tyranny is in your hands. Use it on November 2, 2019.
