I wish to, on behalf of my family, extend our heartfelt condolences to my brothers and sisters in Isanlu land over the passage of our beloved monarch, Oba Aaron Adi Ikuborije (JP).
Special commiseration to Prince Toyin Ikuborije and the entire members of the royal family. You have our fullest sympathy and solidarity as we all mourn our late Oba.
Oba Ikuborije will always be remembered as one of the outstanding traditional rulers of his era. As he goes to join his very illustrious royal ancestors, we believe that his place of honour in the history of Okun Kingdom has been assured through his highly successful administration as the custodian of our culture and tradition.
May God receive the late Oba’s soul and grant him peaceful repose.
