Lassa Fever: Fairwin Coordinator Mourns Late Dr. Ahmed

The coordinator of Fairwin, Bassa local government chapter, Prince Adamu Ali has described the death of Dr. Ahmed Victor as a devastating blow to the group.
In a condolence message to Dr. Ahmed’s family, Ali said the late medical doctor was a man of his word, who was always ready to strive for the growth and development of the state.
“I wish to use this medium to sincerely sympathize with the entire family members of the deceased. On behalf of my Administrator, Hon. Zakari Samuel and my ward coordinators, I commiserate with the Governor Yahaya Bello, our chairman, Engr. Abubakar Ohere, our I-DG, Dr. Ajibade Michael and the entire FairWin family over the sudden demise of an important member of the group, Dr. Victor Idowu Ahmed.
“His death is a reawakening testimony of our faith with our God. Dr. Victor Idowu was a man of his words. A man who is always ready to strive for the growth and development of FairWin. A vibrant, energetic youth who was determined to make Kogi people proud. He was a man of wisdom, very straightforward and passionate about the growth of Kogi state. We pray for God to grant his soul eternal rest,” he said.
Dr. Ahmed, who was confirmed to have contracted Lassa Fever, passed away on Sunday.
