With total discontentment, I write to pierce you with the intention of calling your attention to what I fondled as an omission in your political recompense.

I never wanted to talk on the political equation dissections in my dear state, Kogi, due to the demanding nature of my professions and more explicitly reactions and counter reactions, but having perused the appointments made into several Boards yesterday, I am forced  to say;

Dear White Lion, Alhaji Yahaya Bello,

I have always extolled your monumental feats, likewise pray to God to continue to uplift you, your chief of staff, Chief Edward Onoja, the overall boss of twenty one local governments, Engr. Abubakar Ohere and the ever deserved State Secretary General, Hon. Folashade Arike, but as much as I can say, if the likes of Kekere Youths Elijah, Prince Suleiman Adinoyi, Prof James Lawal, and Idris Omuya Ihima didn’t make the list of the recent appointments of Chairmen and members of commission, Boards or various agencies, and there is no pending packages for them, then something must be wrong somewhere.

Funny enough, the information available everywhere is that some who are already Personal or Special Assistants to some of the top officials were gifted another appointment when some have been forgotten in the dark. I hope we know that our Lord God is watching us

I am so concerned reason being that as their young patron, I have attested to how those guys have been up and down spreading the gospel of generational shift at their own level Central and West – Bassa and Ibaji inclusive. Their maxims then till now have always been Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello all the way. Before, during and after primary cum supplementary election, they have always been there for better or worse.

They have been involved in the description of political banters with many opponents. To my dismay, those who never make half of what those guys had done were gifted appointments. That is okay if we should forget politics of interest and get hold of politics of quality representation. But, sincerely, there is limit for everything.

Perhaps, they have been benefiting and I am not aware, but the truth remains that “it is better to teach one how to get a fish than giving him shares always”. Yes, all can’t be appointed but if there is anyone to be excluded, I think it shouldn’t be those aforementioned guys.

To ask again Sirs, My Excellency, Alh. Yahaya Bello, my able Chief of Staff, Hon. Edward Onoja, My workaholic Engr. Ohere, My powerful SSG, What have those young men done wrong?
