It will amount to a great mischief on my side to delay in joining other millions Nigerians in welcoming you back to the country after some months of treatment of your health challenge.It has not been easy as Nigeria is made up of various nationalities and various species of human beings.
Sir, I don’t need to tell you that a lot of water has passed under the bridge during your absence.Your media aides will brief you better.But I must tell you that you made the best choice in choosing Professor Yomi Osibanjo as your Vice. He is a human being from another planet who has no betrayal in his lexicon. In fact, he is a professor par excellence. You should therefore like my people say,not allow the needle to pass between you and the man.That is to say keep on holding him in confidence.
My ascetic president,in as much as we should allow you to recuperate,we still besiege you to as a matter of continuity keep your fight against corruption burning.The looters of our economy have been praying and fasting for you to come home in pieces but since good has always won over evil, you are back in whole.The lucifers have been once more put to shame. In addition, they are doing all they can to derail the train through the burning of EFCC offices and all other evils planned by them. The man Magu is giving them sleepless nights and that is why they want him out. So, no amount of pressure should make you shift your position with regard to Ibrahim Magu.
Your Excellency, we were glued to our television sets as you were being welcomed back by jubilant crowd.We saw some of our governors there too.But I must tell you that you are losing some of your erstwhile followers,not because they no longer love you but because of erratic behaviour of some of these governors who have turned their various states to hell for the people.Most of these governors are from your party,APC. You need to summon these governors as soon as you make your national broadcast on Monday and warn them to turn a new leaf. Else your party will experience a landslide failure,come 2019 .You don’t need to be soothsayer to see this.
Sir, like I said earlier , I will not enjoy a sound sleep tonight if I don’t post this letter to welcome our own version of Mandela back to Nigeria not as a corpse as wished by many but as a whole walking on two feet. Allah is great indeed.
