A female  House of Assembly aspirant in the just concluded Peoples Democratic Party, PDP primaries for  Olamaboro constituency in Kogi State, Harirat Mabe Yakubu, has threatened to drag the alleged winner, Yunusa Gabriel Olofu, to court if the party refuses to  call for a fresh primary within the stipulated time.

Speaking with journalists yesterday in Lokoja, Harirat said there was no election in Olamaboro, alleging that she was threatened at gunpoint to declare that she had stepped down for the alleged winner.

“I was forced at gun point to step down on a camera and he was declared winner as a consensus candidate without any due process as stipulated by the electoral act,” she alleged.

In the petition made available to newsman, she alleged that there was no accreditation of delegates as lists were been contested to ascertain the one to be used due to the presentation of another list by a faction alleged to be sponsored by a senator from the area.
