The Congress for Progressive Change (CPC) has called on the electorate not to allow money bag politicians deceive them in the forthcoming governorship election in the state.

This was contained in a press statement signed by Alhaji Abu Onaji, the Vice Chairman, CPC North Central Zone in Lokoja, Kogi State.

He said the task of achieving good governance in the country is always frustrated by money bag politicians whose mission in politics is to achieve power by buying peoples conscience with ill-gotten wealth, thereby depriving them of good governance.

“Nigerians today are certainly wiser than yesterday and our election choices of the past should guide us to choose a transparent governor during December’s election,” he said.

He advised the electorate to vote for CPC governorship candidate, Barrister Ocholi James (SAN), saying that he is the best qualified candidate to salvage the state from under development.
