The Women’s Wing of the Kogi Progressive Stakeholders Forum (KPSF) in Yagba West Local Government Area have unanimously declared their unwavering support for the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the leadership of Senator Karimi.
They made this known during a solidarity visit to the senator on Monday.
The gathering, which witnessed a strong turnout of women across the wards in Yagba West, was marked by expressions of appreciation for the developmental strides and people-oriented initiatives championed by both leaders.
The women praised the commitment of President Tinubu to national growth and economic reforms, as well as Senator Karimi’s dedication to grassroots development and empowerment within the Kogi West Senatorial District.
Speaking during the visit, Hon Olamide Adesoro, the women leader of KPSF, emphasized the importance of continuity in leadership, noting that the progress recorded so far must be sustained through consistent support and collaboration.
They reaffirmed their readiness to mobilize at the grassroots level to ensure continued political stability and advancement in the region.
The zonal coordinator and political leader, Hon. Salawudeen Ganiyu (Erukutu Yagba), also encouraged the KPSF Women in Yagba West to go all out to mobilize support for President Tinubu and Senator Karimi.
In his response, Senator Sunday Karimi expressed deep gratitude for the show of solidarity, describing it as a strong motivation to continue delivering impactful representation. He commended the women for their unity, resilience, and active role in shaping the political landscape of Yagba West and Kogi State at large.
The visit concluded with a renewed pledge by the KPSF Women’s Wing to remain steadfast in their support for the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Tinubu and the legislative efforts of Senator Karimi.
