Kogi state governorship aspirant on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Dr. Folabora Adekoya Bryhm, has extended his warm felicitations to the Muslim Ummah in Kogi State and across Nigeria on the occasion of this year’s Edil Fitir celebration.

In his Sallah message, Dr. Bryhm rejoiced with the Muslim faithful for the successful completion of the Ramadan fast, describing the occasion as a testament to Allah’s acceptance of their sacrifices and supplications throughout the holy month.

The aspirant urged the Muslim community to sustain the lessons and virtues learned during Ramadan, particularly the principles of love, sacrifice, unity, and peaceful coexistence as preached by Islamic scholars.

“As we celebrate this blessed day, I urge all Muslim brothers and sisters to continue in the spirit of the season. The sacrifices, prayers, and lectures we have witnessed during Ramadan should reflect in our daily lives as we strive to build a more united and compassionate society,” Dr. Bryhm stated.

Speaking further on the political future of the state, Dr. Folabora Adekoya Bryhm called on the people of Kogi State to remain resolute and steadfast in their determination to rescue the state through the democratic process. He emphasized the need for a fresh perspective in governance, anchored on his Kogi Development Agenda—a policy framework designed to ensure people-oriented leadership and sustainable development reaching every nook and cranny of the state.

“This period calls for renewed hope and commitment. I encourage all Kogites to use this occasion to pray fervently for the peace, progress, and betterment of our beloved state. Together, we can chart a new path that guarantees inclusive growth and prosperity for all,” he added.

Dr. Bryhm reassured the people of his unwavering dedication to transforming Kogi State through accountable and transparent leadership if elected in 2027.
