As the long – awaited All Progressives Congress (APC) Local Government Congress draws to a climax, one name that has continued to resonate in virtually all APC gladiators, stakeholders and electorate lips, to begin a new vista, as APC Kabba -Bunu LGA Woman Leader is no other person but — Ifejola Victoria Toluhi.
Since the advent of APC in Okekoko ward, Kabba-Bunu and by extension, Kogi State, the highly resourceful and entrepreneur savvy candidate has been a consistent grassroot mobiliser and electioneering campaign strategist.
No wonder, some opinion moulders have christened her as being in sync with the pulse of the people prior, during and after elections.
Irrespective of tribe, gender, social status, religion, culture, clan, and other extraneous considerations, Ifejola has always being supportive of party causes culminating into electoral victory at the polls.
In the course of the gubernatorial election that produces the incumbent, His Excellency, Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, the political orchestra in Kabba – Bunu spent her hard – earned resources to canvas, galvanise and mobilize voters to cast their votes for the All Progressives Congress, (APC).
In terms of unwavering party loyalty, sacrifice and creating an enabling economic empowerment for the womenfolk, she has at different fora led efforts geared towards entrenching women empowerments and sustainability.
From the foregoing, these are no mean achievements.
