Dr. Mahmoud Bala Alfa, a political economist and public policy expert, has extended his congratulations to the Executive Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo and the Deputy Governor, Comrade Salifu Joel Oyibo, as the administration marks two years in office.
