The Commissioner of Police, Kogi State Police Command, CP Naziru Bello Kankarofi, has continued his security patrol across Kogi State, focusing on Lokoja metropolis.
On Tuesday, he visited various communities, such as Adankolo, Zango, Crusher, as well as Felele, Secondary Schools, and Kogi State Polytechnic, Lokoja, to build public confidence and assure residents of safety.
He met with the community leaders, school management and students and reassured them of their safety.
Additional security assets were deployed to strategic locations, and he shared his phone number and command emergency number.
The community appreciated the Police presence and deployment, assuring their full support and cooperation. They pledged to provide credible information on criminal activities in their neighborhood, fostering a collaborative approach to security.
