Provost of Kogi State College of Education, Ankpa, Dr. Paul Femi Fashagba, has extended his warm felicitations to Prof. Salisu Usman Ogbo, Rector of Kogi State Polytechnic, Lokoja, on the occasion of his birthday anniversary celebration.
