APC Eika-Ohizenyi Stakeholders Strategize, Plans Massive Mobilization for CVR Exercise

The All Progressives Congress (APC) leadership in Eika-Ohizenyi Ward, under the leadership of the Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Development, Hajiya Fatimah Momoh, convened a crucial stakeholders’ meeting at her residence to deliberate on strategies for massive mobilization in the ongoing Continuous Voter Registration (CVR) exercise.

In her remarks, Hajiya Momoh stressed the importance of voter registration, describing the Permanent Voter Card (PVC) as the fundamental right of every citizen to elect leaders of their choice. She urged party leaders and stakeholders at all levels to sensitize and mobilize their people at the grassroots to actively participate in the exercise.

The stakeholders, while commending the Honourable Commissioner for her proactive leadership, reassured her of their maximum support and pledged full commitment to ensuring that residents of Eika-Ohizenyi Ward take advantage of the ongoing CVR exercise.

The closed-door meeting was well attended by prominent party leaders and political office holders, including Hon. Muktar Atimah, Executive Secretary of SEMA; Hon. Abdulwahab Oiza Halimat, Vice Chairman of Okehi LGA; Hon. Victoria Ohunene James, Councillor representing Eika-Ohizenyi Ward; Hon. Matthew James Omeiza, Chief of Staff to Okehi LGA Chairman; all former APC councillors in the ward; Eika-Ohizenyi APC Stakeholders Chairman, Rt. Hon. Malik Ovenewa; as well as all Senior Special Assistants to the Governor from Eika-Ohizenyi led by Hon. Abdulkareem Ajoge, among many others.
