The Oladele John Nihi (OJN) Foundation has gifted three best graduating students of Federal Government Girls’ College, Kabba cash awards.
Special Adviser on Youth and Student Matters to the Kogi State Governor, Comrade Oladele John Nihi, announced the cash award at the college’s annual speech and prize giving day in Kabba on Saturday.
Comrade Nihi, who was the special guest of honour at the event, gifted the best students one hundred thousand naira each.
He reminded everyone at the event that the Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo-led administration is committed to the all-round development of education sector in the state.
Aside the free education policy of the state government, Comrade Nihi showcased the laudable programs in store for primary, secondary, and tertiary schools in the state, which are being carefully developed in the Ministry of Education.
He commended the students for their outstanding achievements and encouraged them to continue striving for excellence.
