When President Bola Ahmed Tinubu launched the Renewed Hope Agenda in May 2023, he envisioned a Nigeria freed from decades of structural bottlenecks and fiscal waste. With bold reforms, subsidy removal, exchange rate unification, steel sector revival, agricultural renewal, and massive infrastructure expansion, President Tinubu set the stage for a genuine economic rebirth.

The goal was clear, by 2027, Nigerians will not only see but feel tangible progress in their everyday lives, and the nation will be repositioned for sustainable economic take off. Yet, while vision sets the direction, it is grassroots political energy that sustains the journey.

No reform agenda succeeds without the backing of the people. From inception, Tinubu support groups have played a critical role in building confidence, sustaining loyalty, and translating high level policy into language and realities that touch households across Nigeria’s diverse communities.

They are the bridge between government and the governed, between bold policy and lived experience.

Frontline groups like the Tinubu Support Group (TSG), the Tinubu Initiative for National Transformation (TINT), and the Tinubu Grassroots Support for Continuity (TGSC) have proven that mobilization goes beyond rallies.

They engage communities, drive awareness, highlight real government achievements, and, most importantly, counter opposition propaganda with facts and presence at the grassroots. They provide the political oxygen that keeps President Tinubu’s reformist fire alive.

Support groups are more than political foot soldiers. They mobilize small scale entrepreneurs, youth cooperatives, and women’s associations to take advantage of government programs in agriculture, technology, and industrialization. They ensure reforms are not distant grammar but daily reality.

By boosting morale, celebrating achievers in government, and encouraging accountability, support groups sustain reform momentum. They are partners in the economic reengineering of Nigeria, carrying government policies directly to the grassroots where they matter most.

As APC and indeed President Tinubu prepare for the 2027 Continuity Project, the role of support groups will become even more decisive. They will shape perception, sustain trust, and guarantee that Nigerians continue to view the Renewed Hope Agenda as credible and people centered.

By showcasing visible progress in roads, housing, power, education, and job creation, they make the unshakable case for continuity.

Political and economic renewal cannot thrive in isolation. It requires leadership at the top, strong institutions at the center, and grassroots mobilization at the base. President Tinubu has provided the vision; support groups are ensuring that vision becomes a lived reality for millions.

The Renewed Hope Agenda of 2023 and the Continuity Project of 2027 are bound by one truth, with the persistent work of support groups, reform will not only take root but grow deeper. With them, President Tinubu’s presidency will continue to endure, expand, and deliver lasting transformation for Nigeria.

Support groups are the vigour behind Renewed Hope, the bridge between government and people, and the assurance that 2027 will not be a turning back but a marching forward.
