Following the assignment of portfolios to erstwhile minister designates earlier sworn in by the acting president, Prof Yemi Osinbajo, the Kogi state commissioner for rural development, Hon. Enema Paul has charged the Kogi state member in the federal executive council meeting to be of good representation.
Enema, while congratulating the Kogi nominee who has been assigned to serve as the minister of state for labour, maintained that he has no iota of doubt in the administrative prowess of the new minister saying he must replicate his good track record into a positive image for the state at National level.
“I am happy that the acting president deemed it right to reassign Prof Ocheni to the same portfolio as the deceased minister and all I can say is to charge him toward replicating his good track record in his new responsibility in order to position Kogi well at the national level”, he said.
The announcement of portfolios was made by the acting president during the weekly Federal executive council meeting. While the Prof Ocheni shall be resuming at the ministry of labour and productivity, his counterpart from Gombe shall be resuming as minister of state too at the ministry of works, power and housing.
