#KogiDecides: For Bleaching, Kogi Women Bemoan APC Flag Bearers

Women Initiative, a Non governmental Organization in Lokoja, has appealed to women to distanced themselves from the aspiration of Prince Abubakar Audu and James Faleke, candidate and running mate of the APC in the next weeks governorship election for engaging in the act of bleaching.

In a press conference addressed in Lokoja, spokesperson of the group, Biodun Ayodele, lamented the bleaching attitude of the APC flag bearers, said it is a sign that they have complex and are not men enough to govern the state.

The group described as irresponsible for men seeking positions of authority to engage in toning their skin, an attitude exclusive for women who lack self esteem.

The efforts by these men to make bleaching of their skin a way of life, Biodun disclosed speaks volume on quality of leadership they would offer the state and urged women of dignity, who value the need for men to preserve nature and God’s creation to distance themselves from their aspiration.

The group said the antecedents of the APC flag bearer as it relates to their matrimonial life is also worrisome, said the duo do not have good stories to tell when issues of respect for women, decency and responsibility are required of them.

The women said having x-rayed the personalities involved in the forth coming governorship election, they have no choice but to demand of women in the state to distance themselves so as to pride themselves.
