FRSC, Hausa Community, Others Visit Okene Administrator

Okene Local government Secretariat, the political headquarters of Ebiraland, was a beehives of activities as various groups, government agencies, artisans and associations paid courtesy visit to the Administrator of Okene Local government, Engr. Mall. Abdulrazaq Muhammad.

The Hausa community in Ebiraland were the first to received the Administrator’s attention in his office. The Arewa youths came to show their immense appreciation to the chairman for the role he played during the unfortunate fatal accident in Okene which involved northern traders on transit to the southern part of the country.

According to them, Engr. Abdulrazaq did not only provides logistics and material support, he equally ensured prompt treatment of injured persons as well as provides money for their hospital bills.

They described Mall. Abdulrazaq as a true Muslim whose love for the people knows no bounds. The association presented to him a portrait to express their appreciation.

In his short remark, Engr. Mall. Abdulrazaq Muhammad tasked them to live in peace with their host community, shun drug abuse and support the APC government at all levels.

In a related visit, officers of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Okene command, also paid a courtesy visit to the chairman to appreciate his immense effort towards the agency in maintaining road safety within Okene and its environs.

The officers equally shows their immense appreciation to the Administrator for the uncommon assistance rendered to the recent accident victims in Okene.

The Nigeria Automobile Technicians Association (N.A.T.A), Kogi central zone, paid a scheduled visit to the Administrator in his office to identify with him and of course register their total support and loyalty to the government of Mall. Abdulrazaq Muhammad.

Mall. Jibril Mutalib, the zonal secretary of the association read a prepared speech on behalf of the association.

They requested for government’s support and cooperation in the areas of training of their members to acquaint them with the use of modern technologies and equipments, provide them with soft loans and carry them along in government policies and programmes.

Responding, the Administrator of Okene Local government, undoubtedly the political leader of Kogi state central, Engr. Mall. Abdulrazaq Muhammad thanked the association and described their visit as timely.

He assured them that his government, as a matter of urgency, will liaise with the relevant government agencies that will engage members on the use of modern automobile equipments.

Engr. Abdulrazaq reiterated his commitments to also liaise with the Bank of Industry (BOI) to help the association with soft loans to boast their businesses.

Other political support groups, GYB connects forums and party members also paid similar visits.
