Assembly Aspirant Bags Rotaract Club Award, Vows To Serve Ankpa I Selflessly If Elected

A front line aspirant for the Ankpa I state assembly sit in the 2019 coming election, Prince Yakub Yakub has been awarded with a humanitarian service award by the Rotaract Club of Ankpa as he vows to serve the constituency selflessly if elected.
In his acceptance speech shortly after been presented the award, he pointed out that the award has only spurred him to doing more in terms of services to God and humanity noting that the true essence of existence is in giving back to any society one finds himself.
While speaking further, he appealed to the people of the area to go out in their numbers for the ongoing voter registration declaring the ballot as the only way to change the present leadership quo of the area and state at large.
Earlier, while presenting the award to the awardee, Rotaractor Muhammad Kabir eulogised the young prince confessing how impressed he has always been by the prince’s peaceful political activities that clearly exemplify the virtue of not too young to run. Other awardees were the incumbent member representing Ankpa I, Hon Ahmed Mohammed and former Majority leader of the house, Hon Barr Ademu Mohammed.
